Location was very good, the staff very friendly and helpful to the point of making my stay there memorable. Rooms were decent ,although it is not a luxury hotel.

Located in the heart of the city which allowed me to easily walk around and explore. The room was clean and had a fridge which was convenient. The air conditioning also worked well and kept me cool in the summer heat.

The mattress wasn't to my liking and was too soft for me. The noise outside was quite loud at times and disrupted my sleep.

I had a great stay at a hotel located in the center of Madrid, on a pedestrian street. The location was perfect, with everything within walking distance. The staff was friendly and the basic amenities were provided. The room was comfortable, with a proper bathroom and a double bed. I appreciated the extra blanket they provided, ensuring I stayed warm throughout the night. Having breakfast included was a nice touch, making my mornings hassle-free.

Hotel staff were friendly. Prime position from the main train station i think all up the taxi came up to just under 5 euros. Very clean room which was cleaned daily and had all towels etc changed and toilet cleaned. Downstairs led right into many bars and wonderful resteraunts. Was very noisy outside but you could hear nothing inside once you closed the windows. Would highly recommend this place!

The location. It was in the middle of the city en that we enjoyed.

It was out site very noisy. The young people were very lout, and we woke up in the middle of the night for several times. It was not functionally that the ladies at the reception didn't speak english. My husband can speak al little bit Spanish, that was our luck.
